The full match recording. Submit it on its own, or alongside the screenshots. MP4 or WMV.

4Squad (optional)

The exact XI you played, exported from the CIX browser extension's Export squad button. It lets us tie each tracked position to the real player. JSON — optional, doesn't change what else you can submit.

5Pro (optional)

Have CIX Pro? Paste your license key to tie this match to your account, so its report shows up under My reports. Leave blank to submit anonymously — nothing else changes.
